萊斯．帕羅特三世博士（Dr. Les Parrott III），是西雅圖太平洋大學（Seattle Pacific University）關係發展中心（Center for Relationship Development）的創辦人兼主管（另一位主管是他的太太萊斯莉．帕羅特博士 [Dr. Leslie Parrott]）。關係發展中心突破學術框框，致力於教導人們維持良好婚姻關係的基本功。他亦是西雅圖太平洋大學的心理學教授，美國好幾本暢銷書的作者。曾在《有線新聞網絡》（CNN）、《早安美國》（Good Morning America）、《奧花雲費騷》（Oprah）等電視節目中亮相。

老萊斯利．帕羅特博士（Dr. Leslie Parrott Sr.）是鳳凰城（Phoenix）拿撒勒教會畢爾特摩堂（Biltmore Church of the Nazarene）的駐堂牧師，他擔任東拿撒勒學院（Eastern Nazarene College [ENG]）校長及奧利弗拿撒勒大學（Olivet Nazarene University [ONU]）校長達二十二年。他亦是喬治福克斯學院（George Fox College）的心理學系主任。著作有二十四本之多。
